Clients are individuals who typically seek our services on a one-time basis, often returning annually for tax return preparation. Our standard fee for individual tax returns is $375. However, the final cost may vary depending on factors like owning a small business or filing jointly with a spouse.
Here are a few friendly reasons why your final price might differ from the base fee:
Filing with a spouse and/or dependents: $75
State tax return: $100
Business Schedule C 1099 income: $175 per business
Rental Real Estate: $200 per property
Sold stock/Cryptocurrency/Investments/Retirement: $75
Marketplace Health Insurance $35
Sale of Home or Other Assets $75
Bookkeeping / Organization Fee $90/hour
Partnerships: $950
Corporations: $950
Estates or Trusts: $1,100

However, please be aware that your actual tax preparation cost may vary from the base price, depending on factors such as having a small business or filing with a spouse.
There are several reasons why your base price may increase, which we've outlined below in a friendly manner:
- Filing with a spouse: $75
- State tax return: $75- Business or 1099: $250
- Real estate investor: $200 per property
- Sold stock/cryptocurrency: $75
- Partnerships: $950
- S-Corporations: $1,500
