Suzanne is a business development coach and serial entrepreneur passionate about empowering others and strengthening her community. As the Founder and CEO of Easy Breezy Accounting & Tax an accounting, bookkeeping & tax practice, she has helped countless businesses achieve financial clarity and sustainable growth. Her expertise extends beyond numbers—she’s a strategic thinker dedicated to seeing entrepreneurs succeed. In addition to her accounting practice, Suzanne founded Kickin' Assets, a women's investment group that focuses on creating financial opportunities for women and fostering financial literacy and independence. By providing guidance and resources, she empowers women to take control of their financial futures and invest in projects that align with their values.
Suzanne is also the Co-founder of a camping and outdoor adventure company for women, Coastline Camping, where she blends her love for the outdoors with her entrepreneurial spirit. Her business offers women adventurers a way to reconnect with nature. A dedicated community leader, Suzanne actively contributes to various local business development and leadership initiatives. She believes in giving back, coaching budding entrepreneurs, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. With a diverse business portfolio and a heart for service, Suzanne is committed to helping others succeed through one-on-one coaching, community engagement, or leading by example.

Connor Slattery is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Since 2019, Connor has collaborated with businesses across various industries (from startups to established enterprises), providing expert guidance to help companies optimize their accounting processes. Specializing in organizational finance, he has successfully assisted in streamlining financial processes, improving profitability, and maintaining sustainable financial health. With a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of accounting and finance, Connor is committed to helping businesses achieve long-term financial success. Outside of work, Connor enjoys riding his motorcycles and traveling to new destinations.

Larry Gray has been a Tax Professional since 1993, and an Enrolled Agent since 2014; as such Larry can work through the intricacies of any tax return, business or personal. He has worked for a large nationwide firm and several small local tax firms over this period and still relishes the exciting challenge of the annual tax-season rush. His goal remains to help both new and established entrepreneurs pay the least legal amount of tax, and to show them how to not leave a single dollar on the table. Also not to be intimidated by the IRS, but at the same time, guide them to avoid having to deal with the IRS in the first place. When not drowning in numbers, Larry’s other passion is words; as an indie author he has written several novels, short stories and essays available online. He enjoys the beach and travelling around the country when time allows, along with baseball, horse racing, and reading. He especially likes spending time with his family, which consists of his wife Maryann, two grown daughters Lauren and Amy, two great sons-in-law John and Dan, and two of the coolest grandkids to ever come alive – John (19) and Kennedy (11). Lifelong New Jersey natives, the Gray family came to Florida in 2004, in search of more sunshine, less noise, and a more peaceful existence. Though they arrived just in time for Hurricane Charley, they’re all still here and doing great things. Currently Larry and Maryann live in Ponce Inlet with their little dog Winston, and if you need help with your taxes, he’s easy enough to find… easy breezy so to speak!
